1.How do i place an order?

2.Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Yes, 100pcs/color, 400pcs/style for handbags; 500pcs/color,1000pcs /style for wallets.

3.What is your production capability?
50,000 bags per month.

4.How long does it take for samples-making?
Usually,it takes around 5 days.

5.Do you offer discounts for orders?
We already offer our lowest prices on our items.However,we offer an additional discount on an order above 10000pcs.

6.Are all the styles available for private lable?
Yes,all the styles are available for private lable,however,if it is the famous brand,a certificate of authorization should be provided.

7.What is your Payment Term?
We accept T/T,L/C,Paypal,Credit card etc.

8.What is your Return policy?
We accept a return if there is a manufacture's defect and fully refund including product cost and freight.Please fax notice and email photos within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.Items must be returned in conditions with original packing.

9.What is the Shipping method?
We ship by sea or air,or express courier.

10.How long can I expect our order to be shipped?
Your order will be shipped from China within 20 days(except special materials making) after we receive the deposit(30% of your order value).
